TYCORUN Lithium Battery Manufacturing Process:
The manufacturing process of lithium batteries includes the following stages, designed to ensure the batteries have efficient, safe, and reliable performance:
- Cell Selection and Grouping: Cells are selected based on parameters such as capacity, voltage, and internal resistance to ensure performance consistency within the group.
- Module Assembly: The selected cells are combined into modules in series and parallel, where cells are fixed and insulating and supporting materials are added to ensure the structural stability and safety of the module.
- Module Integration: Multiple modules are arranged and fixed inside the battery casing according to design requirements, ensuring reasonable layout for thermal management and electrical connections.
- BMS Installation: Battery Management System (BMS) is installed to monitor key parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature of the battery pack, protecting the safe operation of the battery.
- Wiring Connection and Testing: After completing the connection of the module, electrical system, and external interfaces, functional testing is conducted to ensure that the performance is normal and complies with safety standards.
- Sealing and Outgoing: After completing casing sealing and protective measures, packaging and shipping are conducted after final testing.

Cell Sorting and Pairing Optimization

Cell Welding and Module Assembly

Casing Assembly and Sealing
Completed modules are installed into the battery pack casing for sealing, ensuring waterproof, dustproof, and shock-resistant performance. TYCORUN factory processes various casing specifications to meet needs from lightweight to heavy-duty battery packs.

Testing and Outgoing Quality Control
The battery packs undergo electrical performance, environmental adaptability, and safety tests to ensure they meet standards before leaving the factory. TYCORUN's automated testing processes handle over 2,000 packs daily, ensuring compliance with international certifications.
